Partner Chen Jihong Delivers IP Lectures for China Resources Sanjiu Medical and Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
On June 24, 2011, Mr. Chen Jihong, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, and Ms. Yang Weihua, an attorney-at-law also from the law firm shared their expertise in the intellectual property (IP) field with delegates from China Resources Sanjiu Medical and Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a China-based company principally engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products and medical appliances.
Mr. Chen, drawing on his extensive experience in the IP matters in high-tech, Internet, Telecommunications and E-business, focused his lecture on the construction of a protective IP framework for enterprises and Ms. Yang gave an introduction of China’s IP regime.
During the lectures, Mr. Chen also answered IP questions from the audience in areas of IP arrangement for medical and pharmaceutical companies, tips in patent applications, protective measures in IP litigation, IP ownership under entrustment, non-competition and commercial secrets.
