The Shanghai Shipping Law Forum 2011, co-hosted by Shanghai Law Society, Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai Bar Association, was held at Shanghai International Convention Center on July 7, 2011. Yang Wantao, the partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai office, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a speech titled “The Legal Reform Linkage for Shanghai’s International Financial & Shipping Center - From the Perspective of Legal Practice".
The forum was themed “Legal Development of Shipping Financing" this year and attracted around 100 people from the local law schools, governments, judicial departments, shipping enterprises, arbitration institutions and legal service providers.
