Zhong Lun to Act as Legal Counsel for CSCEC over Land Investment Projects
On July 1, 2011, Zhong Lun Law Firm entered into an agreement with Construction Department of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (“CSCEC") to act as legal counsel for the latter in areas of land investment. The law firm’s managing partner Zhang Xuebing witnessed the execution of the agreement and expressed his congratulations. A legal team led by Zhu Maoyuan and Mu Song will provide professional advice on legal risks control for the land investment projects.
On the same day, Zhu and Mu also held a training session titled “Land Investment Models and Related Issues" to the department’s personnel related to the projects.
CSCEC was ranked 187th in the Fortune Global 500 list of companies in 2010 and the Construction Department is responsible for project management and risk control of the primary land development, development of tracts of land and urban management projects across China.
