Partner Sun Hui Delivers Speech at 5th Solid Waste Strategic Forum 2011
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Sun Hui delivered a speech titled “Legal Framework and Risk Management of Solid Waste Disposal Project" at the 5th Solid Waste Strategic Forum 2011 held on December 2-3, 2011 in Beijing. The speech was well received by the audience.
The forum, organized by School of Environment of Tsinghua University, solidwaste.com.cn website and China Urban Construction Design and Research Institute, was a well-known communication platform for environmental protection sector in China. Nearly 350 leaders and experts from governmental agencies, industry associations, local environmental sanitation companies, public works companies, waste-to-energy projects investors and operators, waste-to-energy plants, incineration power generation equipment suppliers, incineration boiler suppliers, refuse truck manufacturers, flue gas treatment system suppliers, thermal power generation system suppliers, financial institutions, banks and law firms, attended the forum.
Numerous cities have been facing the harsh garbage disposal crisis over the years. As more national environmental protection measures and policies come out, urban solid waste disposal and treatment industry has been deemed as one of the most promising investment fields in China.
