Zhong Lun Law Firm partners Zhang Xuebing, Chen Jihong and senior of counsel Robert Lewis delivered keynote speeches, upon invitation, at 2011 China Corporate Legal Affairs Conference & CCLA Thirty-person Forum Launch Ceremony in Beijing on November 26-27, 2011.
Zhang Xuebing, also managing partner of the law firm, spoke on the role of in-house counsel in drafting and implementing of corporate strategies and their cooperation with outside counsel. Robert Lewis elaborated on the international game rules Chinese companies must be fully aware of in their “going global" strategies. Later, Chen Jihong discussed the opportunities and challenges facing Chinese companies in their registration and use of generic top-level domain (gTLD), one of the categories of top-level domains (TLDs) maintained by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority for use in the Domain Name System of the Internet.
The guidance agent of the conference was Legal Daily and Faren Magazine acted as the host.
