Partner of Zhonglun, Mr. Baisha Zhang attended the 8th China Antimonopoly Seminar
The partner of ZhongLun, Mr. Zhang Baisha was invited to the 8th China Antimonopoly Law Seminar as keynote speaker and moderator, which was organized by Duxes and held in Beijing on October 25thand 26th 2013. More than 80 participants, ranging from general counsels from Fortune Global 500, officials from NDRC MOFCOM and SAIC, judges from people’s courts, to practitioners in both local and international law firms, attended the two-day event. The Seminar focused on the hot and complex issues regarding China’s AML, covering the latest updates on the regulations and enforcement records, abuses on patent pool, vertical restraints and compliance strategy for companies, horizontal M&A, and AML private enforcement, etc. An award ceremony was also held to recognize those who have contributed to AML’s development.
Mr. Zhang delivered keynote speech entitled “Innovation and Restriction: Antitrust Regulations on Patent Pool" to analyze abuses against competition in technology market, product market and innovation market under AML and acted as moderator in the panel discussion “What can Enterprises Learn from the Price Fixing Cases in Spirit, Dairy and Gold Jewelry Industries?"
Mr. Zhang Baisha was awarded “Most Popular Speaker at Duxes AML Series Events" for his professional performance in Duxes antitrust seminars.
