Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Peter Ni was invited to the 2015 IFAs’ Asia Pacific Regional Conference held in Singapore last month and spoke to more than 200 tax officials, MNC representatives, tax professionals and scholars from the region on the latest PRC tax law developments and the latest anti-avoidance measures. As China’s economy continues to grow, China’s role in the international tax community is becoming bigger and bigger. International Fiscal Association (IFA) is the largest international organization dealing with fiscal and tax matters and exercises significant influence on the fiscal and tax matters of each country.
