Chaoyang District Government Leaders Visit Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Office
On September 2, 2010, a delegation of Beijing Chaoyang District Government leaders, led by vice mayor of the district Wu Guiying, visited Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing office during a research trip in the city’s Central Business District (CBD).
Zhong Lun Law Firm managing partner, also president of Beijing Lawyers Association, greeted the delegation, which also included officials from the district commerce department, development and reform commission, bureau of justice, state assets supervision and administration committee, government office, legislative affair office and the CBD Administrative Committee.
Zhang Xuebing showed the delegation around the law firm’s office and then gave a brief introduction of the law firm’s main practice areas, personnel and scales. Zhang said he hoped the law firm’s high-end services may contribute to the construction of Beijing as an international metropolitan and of the district as well.
Wu Guiying, also director of CBD Administrative Committee, praised the achievements the law firm has made over the years. She said she hoped the law firm would strengthen its high-end legal services in the international market and contribute more to the economic and legal development of the district. Officials from the delegation also discussed ways of cooperation between the law firm and the government.
