Partner Baisha Zhang was invited to attend 2nd Annual ADR, Compliance & Competition Law Summit
On 23 March 2017, the 2nd Annual ADR, Compliance & Competition Law Summit was held in New Delhi India and Partner Baisha ZHANG was invited to attend and speak at the Summit. During the summit, Partner ZHANG delivered an in-depth speech on China’s antitrust legislations, public enforcement and private litigations of the year 2016, and answered questions raised by the attendees focusing on problems multinational companies encountered in China since the enactment of Anti-monopoly Law.
A total of nearly 100 delegates attended the forum from India’s law enforcement agencies, Government departments, law firms and multinational corporations. Wolters Kluwer live broadcasted the Summit via the Internet, and up to a thousand people around the world watched the Summit online.
