On October 25, 2019, the Establishment and the First Members Meeting of Beijing Bankruptcy Administrator Association (“BBAA") was held in Beijing. Zhong Lun had participated in the launch of BBAA. Zhong Lun partner Wang Bing was elected as the vice president and a board member.
The establishment of BBAA marks the formation of a formal, stable and self-disciplined professional organization for all the bankruptcy administrators in Beijing, and will play a significant role to standardize the performance of the administrators’ duties, enhance the administrators’ professionalism and promote the development of the industry. Zhong Lun, as one of the first batch of law firms to enter into the Beijing Municipal Register of the Institutional Administrators for Enterprise Bankruptcy Cases and to launch BBAA, will continue making professional contributions to the development of BBAA and the enterprise bankruptcy work in Beijing.
