Partner Frank JIANG Invited to Speak about China’s IP/Antitrust Issues in AIPLA Annual Meeting
Frank JIANG, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was invited to speak at a panel on “Global Licensing - How to Avoid Antitrust Pitfalls" during the 2019 annual conference of American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) held on October 24 - 26 in Washington D.C.. Frank talked about the antitrust pitfalls in global IP transaction/disputes from China perspective. The speech has drawn broad interest and was well received.
In his paper and presentation, Frank introduced to hundreds of practitioners China’s transition into an innovation-driven economy and key antitrust jurisdiction amid the current global trade and geopolitical frictions, and how China is becoming a “glocal" battleground for antitrust regulation concerning IP exercises.
