On March 1, 2010, Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to launch a non-public offering of shares to a small number of chosen institutional investors.

Lawyers from Zhong Lun Law Firm, including Lu Hongda, Tang Zhoujun, Zhang Zhong, Song Xiaoming and Chen Yiwen, advised the issuer and provided comprehensive legal services for this non-public offering. In 2007, Zhong Lun had advised the company on its acquisition of Henan Hongzhan Investment Co., Ltd by share swap.

Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in embryo transplant procreation of breeders, the production and sale of veterinary drugs, feeds and feed addictives.

The underwriter of the offering is CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.
