On November 07, 2012, SOHO China Limited successfully issued the U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$1,000,000,000. The senior notes are listed and sold on the Singapore Exchange in two tranches: $600 million in 5.75 % senior notes due 2017 and $400 million in 7.125 % senior notes due 2022.
