In February, 2013, Wolong Electric Group Co., Ltd. (the “Issuer", 600580.SH) successfully issued RMB 500 million short-term financing notes on the national interbank bond market.
The Zhong Lun team, led by Shirley Lu (partner) and also composed of Jack Zhai, Jason Fu and Janiver Yang (associates) from Shanghai Office, acted as legal counsel and provided full-range legal services to the issuer for the filing of the short-term financing notes with National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and its issuance on the national interbank bond market.
The issuer was established in 1998 and went public in Shanghai Stock Exchange in June of 2002. After more than a decade’s development, the issuer has become a high-tech enterprise, which carries out the research and development, manufacturing and sales of various kinds of electric motors and controlling system, transmission and distribution, power supply products, mechatronic. The main economic quotas of the issuer has ranked in the first place in the sub-sector of this industry for consecutive 11 years, and the comprehensive strength of the issuer has ranked in the first place in the electric motors manufacturing industry in China.
