Zhong Lun assisted Decathlon S.A. in completing its equity investment in a Sino-Japan joint venture enterprise engaging in e-commerce of sports goods.
Decathlon S.A., headquartered in France, is the world’s leading designer, manufacturer and retailer of sporting goods. Decathlon has more than 500 stores in 15 countries.
Zhong Lun served as Decathlon’s PRC legal counsel for this project, providing legal services for the client throughout the process. The legal team consists of Shanghai Office partner Mr. Zhou Yun, Zhou Yang as lead associate, Wu Dan, Li Hanqi and Shu Qing.
