Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Soar Rise Ltd., AVIC Leasing Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited, issued RMB500,000,000, three-year Dim Sum Bonds in Hong Kong. DBS and Agricultural Bank of China Singapore Branch acted as joint bookrunners and lead managers. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal adviser to the issuer.
