Recently, Brainhole Technology Limited (HKEX stock code: 2203) has announced that it has completed the project of acquisition of 100% equity interest in Guangzhou Weaving Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
Zhong Lun Law Firm has acted for Brainhole Technology in this project and handled the legal matters throughout the whole project, including providing legal advices on the transaction structure according to the laws of the mainland PRC and Hong Kong, preparing transaction documents, assisting with the HKEX disclosure procedures regarding connected transaction, and assisting with the closing of the project. The team is led by partners Wayne WANG and Henry LAU, and the members of the team include Cheng NI (associate), Kenneth Lam (consultant), Albert LAM (associate), Jolie XU (associate).
