On December 29, 2022, STAR CM Holdings Limited (STAR CM, 06698. HK), a leading variety program IP creator and operator in China, which owns and operates a large library of Chinese film franchises and creates and operates Chinese music IPs, announced its successful listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. CICC and CSCI acted as the joint sponsors for the listing.
STAR CM Holdings Limited was the largest variety program IP creator and operator in China in terms of revenue in 2021. It has created and operated programs with long-lasting popularity, such as “Sing! China", “Guess the Singer!", “Street Dance of China" and “The Great Wall" and closely cooperates with four of China’s “Big Five Satellite TV Networks", China’s top three online video platforms and two major music streaming platforms to distribute its IP content worldwide.
