On April 23, 2014, Ms. Wang Lihua, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm， delivered a keynote speech at the “10th Annual China Hotel Investment Conference" in Shanghai. The China Hotel Investment Conference (CHIC) was organized by HVS Global Hospitality Services (HVS)，the world’s leading hotel valuation, consulting and investment services firm, is one of the most influential hotel investment conferences and the must-attend meeting platform for hotel industry leaders and investors in China. CHIC of this year revolved around “Strategy for Success through Economic Cycles".
As China’s “go global" strategy is picking up pace, more and more domestic large-scale real estate developers are seeking cooperation with international hotel management groups for hotel brands, which surely will offer breakthrough and opportunity to upgrading and development of domestic hotel brands.
